Please read these terms carefully before using Q777. By creating an account or placing any bet on Q777 you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to everything set out here.

Q777's Terms and Conditions govern every interaction you have with the platform — from account creation to withdrawals. Below is a summary of the six most important areas before you read the full terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to open a Q777 account. One account per person. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed with balances frozen pending review.
All transactions on Q777 are processed in Pakistani rupees (PKR). Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for deposit. Identity verification may be required before large withdrawals.
All Q777 bonuses carry wagering requirements stated clearly on the promotion page. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until rollover is met. Abuse of bonus offers will result in bonus cancellation.
Collusion, bot use, arbitrage abuse and any form of fraud result in immediate account suspension. Q777 uses automated detection systems monitoring all accounts continuously for suspicious patterns.
Q777 provides deposit limits, loss limits, session timers and self-exclusion. Using these tools is your right. Q777 will honour all self-exclusion requests promptly and without question.
All Q777 dispute submissions must be made within 30 days of the event in question. Q777 aims to resolve all complaints within 5 working days. Contact support@q777.life for any formal complaint.
By accessing, registering with or using the Q777 platform at q777.life — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser or any Q777 application — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use Q777.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and Q777 (the "Platform"). They apply to all activities carried out on Q777 including account registration, deposits, game play, sports betting, bonus claiming, withdrawals and customer support interactions.
Q777 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of Q777 after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.
To use Q777 you must create a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, truthful and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and a valid email address. Q777 is not responsible for problems arising from inaccurate information provided at registration.
Each person is permitted to hold only one Q777 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method or the same household — is strictly prohibited. Q777 uses technical detection to identify duplicate accounts. When detected, all accounts belonging to the same person may be closed and balances held pending investigation.
Q777 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign or allow another person to use your Q777 account. Any winnings generated through an account that is found to have been used by a third party may be voided.
Q777 may at any time request additional documentation to verify your identity. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified time may result in account restrictions.
Q777 is strictly an 18+ platform. Persons under the age of 18 are absolutely prohibited from registering, depositing or participating in any activity on Q777. This is a firm rule that Q777 enforces without exception.
By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Q777 may request proof of age at any point — this typically involves a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or another government-issued document showing your date of birth. During an age verification check, withdrawal requests will be held until verification is complete.
If Q777 discovers that a minor has accessed the platform, the account will be immediately closed, all deposits will be returned to the depositing payment method, and any winnings accumulated will be voided. Q777 will also report the matter if required by applicable regulations.
Q777 accepts deposits in Pakistani rupees (PKR) through the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfers and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to someone other than the Q777 account holder — are not permitted and will be returned.
The minimum deposit amount on Q777 is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit for most payment methods, though individual transaction limits may apply based on your bank or mobile wallet provider's own policies.
Q777 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Q777 is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank, mobile wallet or card provider.
Deposits to Q777 are typically credited instantly for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay. Bank IBFT transfers may take 15–60 minutes depending on the originating bank. Visa/Mastercard payments are typically instant. If a deposit is not credited within the expected timeframe, contact Q777 support with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawals from Q777 are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless Q777 support has approved an alternative arrangement in writing. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect both players and the platform.
The minimum withdrawal amount on Q777 is Rs 500. There is no arbitrary maximum on withdrawal amounts, though very large withdrawals may require enhanced identity verification before processing. Q777 targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) and within 1–3 working hours for bank transfers during standard banking hours.
Before your first withdrawal, and periodically for larger amounts, Q777 will require identity verification. This involves submitting a clear copy of your CNIC or passport and may include a selfie verification. Withdrawals are held during verification. Providing false documents during verification is fraud and will result in permanent account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.
Unused bonus funds cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money funds (deposits and winnings from completed wagering requirements) are eligible for withdrawal. Requesting a withdrawal of a bonus balance before rollover completion will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
Q777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page in addition to these general terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Unless otherwise stated on the promotion page, all Q777 bonuses are subject to a minimum rollover (wagering) requirement before withdrawal. The wagering requirement is calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., a 10x rollover on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must wager Rs 10,000 in qualifying games before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash). Bets placed on certain game types — typically low-margin games such as baccarat and certain sports betting markets — may contribute at a reduced percentage towards rollover. Contribution percentages are stated on each promotion page.
Q777 reserves the right to alter, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is cancelled after a player has already opted in, Q777 will honour the terms that applied at the time of opt-in or return any qualifying deposits made in expectation of the bonus.
All bets placed on Q777 sports markets are subject to the Q777 Sportsbook Rules, which are published separately on the platform. The following general principles apply to all Q777 sports bets.
A bet is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation reference number after submitting your slip. Q777 is not responsible for bets that did not complete due to connection failure, browser closure or device malfunction before confirmation was received.
Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled by the player except where a cash-out option is available for that specific market. If Q777 identifies that a market has been set with an incorrect price due to a manifest error, Q777 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes. This includes cases where a pricing error was exploited by the player, which may result in additional account investigation.
All casino and card games on Q777 — including baccarat, poker, roulette, slots and live dealer games — use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) for outcome determination. The RNG is tested and certified by an independent third-party laboratory. Payout Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games are available on the individual game information panels within the platform.
Game results displayed on Q777 are final once the hand, round or spin has completed and been recorded by the Q777 server. If a discrepancy occurs between what appears on your screen and what the Q777 server has recorded, the server record takes precedence. This is the standard industry approach and protects both players and the platform from display glitches.
If a live casino game is interrupted due to a technical fault mid-round, Q777 will void the affected round and return the stake to the player's balance. Partial rounds cannot be completed after a technical interruption.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Q777. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account suspension, investigation and potential permanent closure with forfeiture of balances:
Q777 actively monitors all accounts for the above patterns using automated systems and manual review. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be permanently banned and their details may be shared with relevant authorities and industry fraud prevention databases.
Q777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if Q777 has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms and Conditions or in a way that is harmful to Q777 or to other players.
In cases of suspected fraud, collusion or money laundering, account balances will be frozen pending investigation. Q777 will communicate the outcome of the investigation to the account holder within a reasonable timeframe. Where no wrongdoing is found, any frozen balance will be released in full.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their Q777 account may do so by contacting support@q777.life. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered withdrawal method after standard verification checks.

Q777 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By creating a Q777 account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Q777 collects information including your name, date of birth, CNIC number, contact details, payment information, gaming activity and device information. This data is used to operate your account, verify your identity, process transactions, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations and improve the Q777 platform.
Q777 does not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services and fraud prevention services as necessary to operate the platform. Q777 uses industry-standard encryption for all data storage and transmission.
All content on the Q777 platform — including but not limited to the Q777 brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, odds data and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of Q777 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape or create derivative works based on any Q777 content without explicit written permission from Q777. Unauthorised use of Q777's intellectual property may result in legal action.
Q777 grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Q777 platform for legitimate personal gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This licence does not extend to any commercial use of Q777's content or platform.
Q777 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While Q777 makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability and accurate information, Q777 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical faults at all times.
Q777 is not liable for any losses resulting from: platform downtime or technical errors beyond Q777's reasonable control; incorrect odds published due to manifest error and subsequently voided; loss of data due to circumstances outside Q777's control; or losses arising from your own decision to use the platform, which is voluntary.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Q777's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of Q777 is limited to the amount of your real-money balance at the time the claim arises. Q777 is never liable for indirect, consequential or speculative losses.
Q777 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations — will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or to prevent fraud.
The updated terms will always be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of Q777 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
If you do not agree to amended terms, you must stop using Q777 and contact support@q777.life to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date of the changes.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of Q777 that cannot be resolved informally through Q777 customer support should be submitted as a formal complaint in writing to support@q777.life.
Q777 aims to resolve all formal complaints within 5 working days of receipt. If a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through Q777's internal process, you may escalate to the relevant dispute resolution body applicable under your jurisdiction.
Submitting a dispute to Q777 does not prevent you from also seeking legal recourse, but Q777 encourages players to use the internal process first as this typically leads to faster and more practical resolution.
